Smart Prop Trader is not a financial institution, as we do not offer any financial services. Operating a proprietary trading firm does not necessitate a license as it is only required for prop firms involved in brokerage.

Given our business model and the absence of brokerage services, we do not fall within the regulatory framework. Our trading activities are conducted using our firm's capital, supported by our team of professional funded traders. It's important to note that proprietary trading is subject to regulation primarily at large financial institutions acting as commercial banks.
