You will trade with the same virtual account balance that you traded in the Smart Prop Trader Challenge. If you traded with $100,000 in the Smart Prop Trader Challenge, you would also manage $100,000 in the Smart Prop Trader Virtual Account.

To avoid any confusion, please note that all virtual accounts we provide to our clients are demo accounts with virtual funds. After a client becomes an Smart Prop Trader Trader, they will be provided with login credentials for a funded account, with the difference that the Smart Prop Trader will be eligible to request payouts moving forward as per our pay our request policy as reviewed here.

Clients are entitled to up to 75% of profits generated on the Smart Prop Trader Account. This solution is much easier from an administrative perspective and gives us more insight to actively manage risk. If you wish to trade with a higher account balance, you can simply apply for another Smart Prop Trader Challenge and trade more virtual accounts.

Each Smart Prop Trader Challenge needs to be traded from the beginning, irrespective of the progress on your other accounts. As we need to diversify our risk and exposure, we allow a maximum capital allocation of $400K per trader or per strategy, at any given time for our Standard Challenges and an additional $400K for traders utilizing our Pro Challenges. Therefore, a trader can manage up to $800K in capital, with half being allotted to all Standard Challenges, and the other half being allotted to all Pro Challenges. For example, this can be understood as 2 accounts – each with $100K, or 8 accounts – each with $50K on Standard Challenges, and 4 accounts each with $50K, or 16 accounts each with $25K on Pro Challenges.

Please be careful not to get multiple accounts through various registrations. If we discover identically traded strategies throughout various accounts and exceeding $400K in the allocated capital value for Standard Challenges and an addition $400K in allotted capital for Pro Challenges, we reserve the right to suspend those accounts as per the Terms and Conditions. Please note that in the case of an Aggressive risk setup version, the maximum capital allocation is $100,000 as the loss limits are doubled. On the other hand, if you are consistently profitable on the Smart Prop Trader Virtual Account, we will be happy to allocate additional capital as per our Scaling Plan. You are eligible for a 25% increase in account size every 3 months, which is contingent upon continuous profitably. The Smart Profit Trader Virtual Account can be scaled up to $2,500,000!
