Any trader who reaches $10K in payouts will be required to complete a feedback session at the discretion of a Smart Prop Trader admin's scheduling. Please note that the payout will be delayed until the trader successfully completes the interview with a designated Smart Prop Trader admin. The payout could be from a single transaction, if that transaction amounts to or exceeds $10K. Additionally, if the pending payout puts the trader at or above $10K in total payouts, then the processing of that payout will be contingent upon the trader successfully completing a feedback session. The purpose of the feedback session is to learn more from our traders regarding what strategies have worked for them, how they learned how to trade, and learn from the trader first-hand how they are liking the Smart Prop Trader platform and services offered.

During the feedback session, a Smart Prop Trader admin will ask the trader relevant information about their prop trading history, which can include examination of the trader's specific strategy as well as how the trader has refined their strategy overtime. Traders who get to participate in a SPT feedback session are required to be on-camera for the duration of the session and may be requested to share their screens while walking through their trading journal.

Failure to complete the feedback session either due (but not limited) to scheduling conflict, technical issues, or any other issue may result in denial of processing the trader's pending payout and possible ban from Smart Prop Trader's platform and services.

Please note that Smart Prop Trader will only publish clips from any feedback session if a trader offers consent at the time of the session. If you'd like to review previous feedback sessions, you're welcome to visit this page for more information.
